What’s on this site
This is a marketing and informational site. The example projects shown as "selected work" are concept builds — invented businesses created to demonstrate craft. They are not real clients, and any names, addresses, or details in them are fictional.
Inquiries & engagements
Submitting a form or requesting a quote starts a conversation — it doesn’t create a contract. Any work I take on is governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, timeline, and price. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of results.
Intellectual property
The design, code, copy, and visuals on this site belong to Key Development unless noted otherwise. Please don’t copy, republish, or reuse them without permission.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site in any way that’s unlawful, attempts to disrupt it, or tries to access data that isn’t meant for you. Automated scraping or abuse of the forms isn’t permitted.
